Two Heat Exchanger

Problem Statement

In a water-water heat exchange process, hot water is used to heat a cold water stream. This process consist of two shell and tube exchangers. The known stream conditions of the system is shown in Figure 1.

Base on the information given in figure 1, determine the temperature of the cold outlet stream and the amount of hot water that is used.
