The stream conditions for the heat exchangers are shown in Figure 5.

Answer

The temperature of the cold outlet stream  is 210 °F.

The amount of hot water used is 165 lb/hr.

Discussion

Even though this problem did not ask for the heat transferred (duty) in the exchangers,  once can easily obtain the value in HYSYS. To view the duty of any of heat exchangers, open the exchanger window then click on the Performance tab. The duty will be present on the Details page.
